Square at your school vs Pavilion billing

Two money paths. Do not mix them.

Parent memberships, store cards, and in-person sales stay on your school Square. Money parents pay goes to your school account, not to Pavilion. Pavilion software is a $2,000 build, then $75 per month for care, on a separate board invoice. That invoice is for your workspace, not for parent payment fees. Your treasurer sees two clean lines. Square deposits are school income. The Pavilion invoice is a software expense. Connect Square in Staff so the family login and store use your account.
